Order Delivery

Our Ready To Wear Wigs take around 10–20 working days to process and ship (also with Royal Mail Tracked). 

Our Ready To Ship Wigs means If it’s in stock, it’s on its way!  All ready-to-ship items are processed within 5 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Processing might take a little longer during super busy times (like peak seasons or special promos).

Delivery can also be affected by things outside our control like weather, carrier delays, or customs checks. We can’t take responsibility for these delays, or for issues caused by incorrect shipping info, so please double-check your details at checkout. 

We really appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to shipping times. If you’ve got any worries or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out- we’re always happy to help.

Processing time

processing and delivery are two separate stages of your order journey. Processing time refers to how long it takes for your wig or bundles to be prepared before shipping. Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and is in transit to you.

Processing times may vary depending on the product type. You’ll find estimated processing times listed under each item, these serve as a guide for when your order will be ready to ship.

Click and Collect
Need the hair fast? Click and Collect is available (for in-stock items) at no extra cost. Just email us at info@lenorahaircollection.com  or send us a message in DMs on socials to arrange this before you place an order.

Returns Policy

At Lenora Hair Collection, we want you to absolutely love your hair. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can request for a refund. 

To be eligible, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your product by emailing info@lenorahaircollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. 

Your item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact so we can make sure it’s still in perfect shape. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are covered by you. Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 working day (varies by location)
  • DHL Express: 1-3 working days 

Duties & Customs Fees

All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your destination country. These charges are not included in your Lenora shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

We always recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid any surprises. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any duties or customs fees applied by your local authority.
